Bug Description

Upstream patch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/391569/ removes deprecated parameters from Nova::Compute::Ironic class, this results in failure of noop tests and ironic compute deployment, we need to adapt Library to this change by using new parameters from Nova::Ironic::Common class

    Use nova::ironic::common class

    Auth parameters in nova::compute::ironic class
    are being removed by upstream patch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/391569.
    This patch adapts fuel to these changes.
