Create new environmet:
1. Simple mode
2. Ubuntu or Centos
3. Neutron or nova
4. Install Ceilometer
5. Controller + mongo and compute + cinder (cinder is optional)
6. Enable opesntack debug logging

Deploy is successful. Go to controller. ceilometer logs are present (there are log files in /var/log/ceilometer/).

Create diagnostic snapshot. Open it.

Expected result: Ceilometer logs are present.

Actual result: There are no any ceilometer logs.

Go to /var/log/remote/<node-name> on master node: there are no ceilometer logs.
