It looks like the issue was not fixed in MOS 8.0, moved to MOS 8.0 updates because it is High issue and we are in HCF now.

The new versions are available with respective maintenance updates. Closing the bug for those version as Fix Committed.

This bug requires scoping and decision on the development of fuel-octane in 10 release cycle. I will mark it as Incomplete for now and reassign to Fuel Octane team.

Won't Fix for 10.0 as migration to 10. is not supported
