Bug Description

At https://github.com/openstack/fuel-qa/blob/master/fuelweb_test/helpers/fuel_actions.py#L364 we are using "COLLECTOR.*URL" regex, but now collector address variable is "COLLECTOR_SERVER" (without URL suffix).
It was changes somewhere around https://github.com/openstack/fuel-web/commit/344683bbe28cdf0925f6bc37ef1b09cb56ca22f0#diff-850f7a3c234182e86efc7db356c076cbR81

    Config for statistic collecor sender was changed so it's nessessary
    to sync fuel-qa code with actual product state
