Speed Limit on Maximization animation

Bug Description

When holding down the maximization keyboard shortcut (i.e. ⌘ + ↑), the maximization and restoration occurs at an insane speed, and quickly starts looking broken.

Instead, the speed at which the maximization/restoration occurs should be limited when holding the key down.

IMO it doesn't even make sense to repeat this action. Why would you ever want to maximize and then immediately unmaximize an app?

I agree with Daniel Fore. I think that the default behaviour should be that it wouldn't give any more response after maximizing/minimizing once requiring the keyboard shortcut to be held down once more. I think that people who use keyboard shortcuts tend to have fast hands anyway.
