Bug Description
When extracting the linux and mac tar archives, a folder like `gcc-arm-
When extracting the windows zip archive, the content is in the archive root, without any sub-folder.
I'm working on an automated method to install binary tools, including the ARM toolchain, and it would be great to have the content of the archives consistent across all platforms.
My suggestion is to add a subfolder with the same name as on linux & mac (like `gcc-arm-
