gearman_worker_grab_job should return if no job is available

Bug Description

Hi,
According to protocol documentation
gearman_worker_grab_job should return NO_JOB if no job is available.

But if GEARMAN_WORKER_NON_BLOCKING flags is not setting it is only returning only on worker timeout settings.
Is it a bug or any possible reason for this behavior ?
