Bug Description
Steps:
1) Run without globalmenu-
2) Turn off the menubar to display the Firefox button (which will also display the bookmarks button on the navbar)
3) Install globalmenu-
What happens:
- The bookmarks button still appears on the navbar, with no way to hide it
- Some actions cause the Firefox button to appear, with no way to hide it
What should happen:
- The bookmarks button should hide (it hides when using a menubar)
- The Firefox button should never become visible
