Selecting "All" Tasklists disables the ability to add a new task.

When I select "All" task lists from the preferences the ability to add a new task from the menu disappears. However if I select a single task list, then I can add a new task... but I note that the window that allows me to add a new task will allow me to choose which task list it gets added to anyway. The "Add new task" menu should never disappear.
