Bug Description
It would be nice if a top-level project directory could be set and than Ground Control could display the get project / fixed bug bar in all none bzr sub-directories.
Currently I have a Ubuntu sub-directory in the Project directory for all related Ubuntu projects. currently it is not possible to start ground control form this directory.

You could move or copy the .groundcontrol file from ~/Projects to where ever you need the functionality.
