Bug Description
In some places of the RMD code IPv4 is assumed (eg. ethertype in security group rule creation).
Need to revisit this and adapt unit tests to verify IPv6 is correctly working for RMD

Agreed, we were not planning to support IPv6 in this first release (though we might decide to patch this).
