Feat Req: Allow for item to have file name change

I realize this can be done once the document has been created, but it is possibly worth creating the document name before either gdocs or the app gets that far because the document has been created by that point.
Even clicking on the New document/spreadsheet/presentation button makes a "blank" item which appears to be seen(made?) as untitled. There does not seem to be a way of pausing that process, so it is possible to end up with a bunch of "untitled" items.

1) launch app
2) let sync synch finish
3) click your choice of new document/spreadsheet/presentation button
4) note that the item has a "blank.pptx" name but up above it shows as untitled.
5) close that document and click the search button.
6) note in open the document search window that the name is "untitled"
