Bug Description

Right now there are no UT cases for tosca_network_network.py and tosca_network_port.py in hot/tosca/tests. There are only tests covering general tosca to hot translation.

@Simeon - there are now several test templates that generate OS::Neutron::Net and OS::Neutron::Port resources. Is it OK to close this bug?
