Some properties not implemented in Tosca networking

Bug Description

Following properties are not implemented in Tosca networking:

- tosca.nodes.network.Port:
       is_default - bug in Neutron needs to be resolved before implemented
       ip_range_start - not supported in Neutron
       ip_range_end - not supported in Neutron

- tosca.nodes.network.Network:
segmentation_id - not fully implemented. Right now hardcoded to vxlan network type only.
Needs tosca spec modification to add network_type and physical_network properties
