Bug Description

While converting a TOSCA containing blockstorage to HEAT using heat-translator 1.4.0 the generated heat doesn't have the 'OS::Cinder::VolumeAttachment' resource. Hence even though the volume is getting created it is not attached to the server. The issue seems to be in the usage of 'capability type' 'attachement' instead of 'relationship type' 'AttachesTo'. Though similar capabilities like binding & link work all good.
