wish: Put average line in time chart view

Bug Description
The Time Chart/Spending by Month view in the main screen is nice. But I would change it so:
- You see the amount this month so far, and also the one in the last previous 12 months.
As far as I can tell, what it currently shows (when using "Last 12 Months") is over the last 365 days. So the "first" (the leftmost one) month can show a too low value because it's not covering the whole month. If today is 16 November 2023 the first column seems to be showing between 16 November and 30 November 2022?
- Put a horizontal line in the view with the average of the previous 12 months.
This would ignore the current month, since it's not yet complete. If today is 16 November 2023 the line would be at the average of the months between November 2022 and October 2023.
