Unable to retrieve instances error when all instances in a page are terminated

An "Unable to retrieve instances" error occur when all instances in a page are removed using the "Terminate Instances" button above the table and then the "More" button is clicked to browse the remaining instances.
This happens when there are more instances than the items per page limit (default is 20) and the instances table is paginated.

Steps to reproduce:

1. (Optional) Change the "Items per page" limit to a lower number (e.g. 1).
2. Launch items_per_page_limit + 1 instances (e.g. 2).
3. In the first page, select all the instances and remove them using the "Terminate Instances" button.
4. Click on the "More" link to access to the remaining instances.

Expected result:
When click on the "More" link the remaining instances are showed, or (much better), when all the selected instances are removed, the table should update and show the remaining instances in page one without having to click on the "More" link.

Actual result:
"Error: Unable to retrieve instances" error shows up.
