Network Topology view should allow to delete network

Bug Description

Network Topology view allows deletion of everything except networks.
Since networks can be created from this view, it stands to reason they should also be delete-able from it.

Currently, you can delete everything from Network Topology view and then you have to go to Networks to delete the networks,

Its a great feature, and this addition will make it perfect

"Delete network" is supported in the network detail page now, so the required steps are now (1) click the network to be deleted and jump to the network detail page, (2) select "Delete Network" in the network detail page and (3) click the confirm dialog. The required steps has been simplified a lot.

If we support delete network in the network topology view, it seems better to use a pop-up window for a network as we do for servers, routers.
