We are currently using an outdated version of bootstrap. It would be nice to upgrade to the latest (v3.1.1).

There is an existing blueprint for this https:/
The complicating factor is that lesscpy can not compile the newer version of bootstrap. We need to move to a node toolchain first. That is a work in progress.
