Description of Create Volume Type need mention extra-specs type-key set up

Bug Description

From the Create Volume Type dialog, I'm told "The volume type defines the characteristics of a volume. It usually maps to a set of capabilities of the storage back-end driver to be used for this volume. Examples: "Performance", "SSD", "Backup", etc."

Yet all I can actually do within the dialog is give it a name. If this functionality is only accessible through the CLI, it would be nice to mention that in the UI, and not hope they find that out through the Docs.

At this point there is an extra-spec going on for volume type. https://blueprints.launchpad.net/openstack/?searchtext=volume-type-extra-specs

Once it is done, the description should mention more steps in order to make the volume type usable.

I don't think this is a valid bug. When creating a volume type using the cinder client you can only set the volume name, the same as in horizon right now

usage: cinder type-create <name>

Create a new volume type.

Positional arguments:
<name> Name of the new volume type

The blueprints mentioned above do not affect the volume type creation.

This is a valid bug, just it will be worked in blue print. It doesn't need to do anything here. As newbee, not sure how to set the status here. Someone said set "in progress"...but don't feel it is proper since I am not working on it. Need some advice.

Can we please update the title and the description. The actual problem is that the volume types extra specs can't be set in horizon

Well, at first it was suggested that once the extra specs is in it doesn't need to do anything. later we decide to update the description once the extra spec is in . so I will fix the description

Updated description of create volume type dialog

    The existing description is not very helpful, it does not metion
    the extra specs that users need to deal with in order to make the
    volume type usable.

Updated the description to guide users to set up the extra specs
in Horizon UI.
