Firmware download broken with Ubuntu 15.10

Bug Description

On a freshly installed Ubuntu 15.10 hp-doctor runs wild. Everything seems to be broken. Downloading the firmware takes forever.

Hi

Can you try installing hplip-3.15.11 drivers through auto-installer package 'hplip-3.15.11.run'.
You can download the file from here http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/gethplip.html.
Run command 'sh hplip-3.15.11.run' in terminal to run the installer.

Let us know if this fix the issue.
