Firmware download broken with Ubuntu 15.10

Bug Description
On a freshly installed Ubuntu 15.10 hp-doctor runs wild. Everything seems to be broken. Downloading the firmware takes forever.

Can you try installing hplip-3.15.11 drivers through auto-installer package 'hplip- 3.15.11. run'. hplipopensource .com/hplip- web/gethplip. html.
You can download the file from here http://
Run command 'sh hplip-3.15.11.run' in terminal to run the installer.
