Bug Description

When using a HP Deskjet 4122e with HPlip 3.23.8 on Opensuse Tumbleweeb I found that the printing offset was wrong by 1 centimeter from the bottom.
Everything was printed too high when using the A4 paper format.
Did not matter if it was a PDF, PNG or SVG. Also tested via different programs.
I found a Fedora post with the same problem but no solution (https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/why-cant-i-print-properly-from-hp-printer/77247)

My previous printer was an officejet 4200 series and worked perfectly with A4 so I decided to compare the HPLIP supplied PPDS.
The Deskjet 4100 series has actually 2 configurations for A4 and the Officejet 4200 series had only one.
Also, the measures and numbers for all 3 configurations were different.

After removing both A4 configs from the 4100 ppd and replacing it with the A4 lines from the 4200 series everything was resolved.

This workaround works for me but just wanted to report this as a bug so it can be checked and handled in the source.

Best Regards.
