Bug Description
Hand held exposure stacks are automatically detected by hugin (current repo source).
If the hand held image stacks are pre-aligned by align_image_stack then passed to hugin, hugin then fails to detect the stacks and is also unable to detect HFOV.
Is it possible for align_image_stack to include the source image exif data in the output images?

Currently none of our command line tools adds EXIF data to the output (The exception are hugin_executor and hugin_stitch_ project/ PTBatcherGUI which are using exiftool to copy EXIF data from the input image to the output image.)
The problem I see is that after remapping the EXIF data are not longer valid. E.g. the remapping to take the displacement into account will add a black border or will output a smaller image. The original EXIF data are not any longer valid. I don't know which tags should be changed and how they should be changed.
