Bug Description
There are several icon sets that include icons for common filenames, such as INSTALL (which has an icon in Humanity theme). Now, I suggest that icons are created for other files, such as:
* Todo lists [text/x-todo]
* Licenses [text/x-copying]
* Patches [text/x-patch]
These are just the suggestions that come to mind, but maybe other users could suggest important icons too.
