Bug Description

Hello everyone!

This is a table that has my complaining over the default file icons on Maverick, mostly about missing types/extensions (not really about the icon theme itself but what the heck) and general quirks/normalization attempts.

I promise that you won't find nothing much extreme here. Just straight OCPD nitpicking material!

* the ordered lists imply a step-by-step solution
* the unordered lists offer a exclusive disjunction selection
* the hyper-links point to a logo with a permissive license

Marking as invalid for elementary icons. A big list like this is just not possible to track. We're moving away from putting extension names on icons as well. Please try out the latest icons from bzr (you'll find big changes to file type icons) and file individual reports if you still have problems.
