While this affects linux-oem-6.1/jammy kernel, linux-firmware/jammy will be nominated for fix.

I do want to note; this updates both RMB (yellow_carp_dmcub.bin) and PHX (dcn_3_1_4_dmcub.bin). This is very intentional.

The original problem (from the linked originate-from-* bugs) is reproduced by AMD on both APUs and the fix is implemented in the firmware for both APUs.
