Bug Description

[Impact]
Qualcomm WiFi chip WCN7850 failed to load board data,
ath12k can not work due to previous update of board-2.bin.

Also add more region support again.

[Fix]
Update board-2.bin in linux-firmware.

[Test]
Tested on 2 models of Thinkpad, WiFi works fine.
Bootup with the new fw, connect to AP,
use iperf3:
