Bug Description

[Impact]
Testcase bluetooth_obex_send output failed.

[Fix]
Add usb ID in btusb driver to load the correct driver of qca.

[Test]
Tested on hardware, bluetooth headset works fine after the commit.
Trasfer and receive files between laptop and phones OK.

[Where problems could occur]
It may break bluetooth support of specific ID.
