snowball: hardware "Reset" button on snowball board is non-functional at times

Hardware key for reset functionality on snowball hardware is non-functional sometimes.
Observed frequently with my snowball V11 device.

More frequent on : https://android-build.linaro.org/builds/~linaro-android/landing-snowball/#build=135
Device hangs on pressing Reset hard key on snowball device.

Less frequent on: https://android-build.linaro.org/builds/~linaro-android/staging-snowball/#build=165
Device reboots on pressing hard reset key 2/3 times, not all the times.

Yes, ~7/10

Impact:
========
Reboot fails on pressing hardware reset keys.

Steps:
==========
1. Once Device is up and running press the hardware Reset key(its small black button located between WLAN/BT antenna port and HDMI port)

Issue: Device does not reboots and hangs sometimes otherwise nothing happens.
Expected Behavior: device should reboot.

Hardware:

Snowball: V11
Other setup:
USB cable (mini A-StandardA type) connected to USB mouse.
USB-serial port logging
HDMI-HDMI connection to Dell Monitor.
