Bug Description
if ubuntu 12.04 just stat and the network can't connect .
after that , user connct netwrok with manual operation ,the weather show always nothing util you click the fresh function

I do not change the default value.I think 60 minutes is too long .Can you change the default acting。For example,event of the network connect sucess replace the default auto sync intervsl?
