When the alarm ringing length is set to 10 minutes in clock app, it rings for 11 minutes.

Bug Description
STEPS:
1. Open the clock app
2. Open settings
3. Set silence after to 10 minutes
4. Set an alarm
5. Let the alarm go off until it stops
EXPECTED:
I expect the alarm going off at 10:40 to finish at 10:50
ACTUAL:
The alarm went off at 10:40 and finished at 10:51

I'm not able to reproduce this in RTM r43.
Following the same steps as in the description, I ran two tests, an alarm to go off at 10:00 and another to go off at 10:15. They self-dismissed at 10:10 and 10:25, respectively.
