"Set up Mail" text persists even after creating a mail account

Bug Description
The "Set up Mail" text in the menu persists even after a mail account is created through System Settings -> Email Settings or even by clicking on it and creating an account through the Evolution wizard.
Selecting this option after setting up an account opens Evolution with proper account settings.

Maverick is nearly EOL, and this bug was probably fixed by updates pushed out to Maverick around the February-March 2011 time frame.
