Show All doesnt work when focused on application in front of stickynote

Bug Description
The "Show All" option from the tray menu doesnt always bring notes to foreground. This seems to be the case when I am currently focused on an application that is in front of a sticky note and then I click the option. In this scenario, it stays where it is, and I'm still focused on the other application.
Say for example I have two applications open; one on the left of my screen, one on the right. And I also have a sticky open on the left of my screen, but behind the application that's on the left. While I'm focused on the left application, if I select the "Show All" option, my stickynote is not brought to the foreground and I'm still focussed on my left application. However if I change focus to my right application (sticky still behind the left application), and then select the "Show All" option, my sticky is brought to the foreground.
