Paste in place shortcut (CTRL+ALT+V) conflict with Evernote

The correct keyboard shortcut for 'Paste in Place' is 'Ctrl+Alt+V', not 'Shift+Ctrl+V' (this is the shortcut for 'Paste style'). these keyboard shortcuts have not changed in recent versions (verified with 0.46-0.48.4).

Seems like a Windows-specific issue: works as expected on OS X 10.7.4 (tested by launching inkscape 0.48.4 (default prefs, no custom keymap file) from the command line with de_DE.UTF_8 as locale) and Ubuntu 12.10 (using current trunk, default prefs, no user keymap file, setting UI language via preferences).

Verify inkscape-0.48.4-1-win32.exe
Problem still exists

Not reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.48.4, German locale, but with a French (Azerty) keyboard.

I tested this on a other computer

Windows 7 ultimate 64-bit service pack 1
Basic mouse - no wacom

Inkscape 0.48.1 - Shortcut works
Inskscape 0.48.4-1 - No shortcut

Solution: I've found the problem.

Evernote uses the same shortcut so it conflicted with the shortcut used by inkscape.

But it is interessting that 0.48.1 inkscape still paste in place with the key combination......

It could be due to some library changes in recent Inkscape versions. Likely a gtk issue.
