filter editor: incorrect relinking when removing an effect

When removing a filter primitive inkscape relinks to the primitive immediatly above.
It should link to the (first) input of the primitive that is removed.

at the top : situation before action
middle: what happened after removing morphology
bottom: what is expected
The last primitive is linked to a morphology this morphology takes SourceGraphic as input.
If I removed the morphology, chances are that I want to relink to sourcegraphic.
