Bug Description
Inkscape 0.48+devel r12217
Similar behaviour on Windows XP (sp 3) and Windows 7.
Place some text on the canvas and enable grid + snap to text anchor. If text is rotated while Shift is holding down, the text won't rotate free, but tries to snap at certain angles.
Workaround for this is to temporarly disable grid.
Not a seriius bug, but still anoying.
I uploaded a short video to describe the snapping issue (sorry for my poor english speech)

Reproduced with r12472 on OS X 10.7.5: using
- new (i.e. default) preferences
- new document based on default template
- turn on default grid (menu 'View')
- enable 'Text baseline' snapping (snap controls bar)
