Keyboard Shortcut Editor: Search doesn't work against shown names

Bug Description

In the Keyboard Shortcut Editor, search feature doesn't work against shown names.
It is difficult to use (especially for non-alphabetic users), imho.

Not reproduced on Crunchbang Waldorf, Inkscape trunk revision 12820, French locale.

Attached is comparison between en and ja.
I noticed that after restarting inkscape and open keyboard shortcut editor, search result is property.

This issue occurs when search text are entered using input method (I confiermed ja and zh_TW).
Inkscape doesn't catch the input method's key event.
When search text (ja) are pasted from clipboard, search works immediately.
