control bars inputboxes, context menu has really large and small values

Bug Description
When an object is selected and one right clicks in the control bar on an inputbox,
the X: and Y: inputboxes has the values -1000000 at the bottom and 1000000 at the top as choices,
the W: and H: context menus also has 1000000 as an option at the top.
Tested with:
v0.48.4,
r12830
and
r12837
on linux mint 15 cinnamon 32bit
