Bug Description
I have created an EMF graphic using the SAS System.
When I view the graphic in MS Paint (as well as viewing the image when embedded an RTF file) the image renders correctly, with the upper line having empty circles and the lower lone being black filled circles.
However, when viewed in Inkscape the symbols on both lines appear as black filled circles.
I have attached a screenshot of both packages side-by-side showing the graphic, as well as the EMF file itself in a ZIP file.
I am running Windows 7 32+64bit, using Inkscape 0.18.4 r9939
