PNG export: default export file name isn't changed when original svg is saved as new name

Bug Description
When original SVG file name is changed by "Save As" command, default export file name of PNG export isn't changed, still previous SVG file name.
Even though confirm dialog of replacement is shown but I think it's dangerous.
IMHO, almost users expect that default export file name will be followed the new SVG file name.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create SVG file e.g. aaa.svg
2. Save As new file name e.g. bbb.svg
3. Choose "Export PNG Image..."
