Bug Description

The recently opened files list of the "File / Open Recent" menu item can't show filenames containing accented characters.

As an example, after having worked with a file named "Facture à imprimer" and closed the application, its entry won't appear in the list the next time the application starts. Renaming the file (in Windows Explorer or via the Open... window) to "Facture a imprimer" makes it appear in the list.
So it seems that the application actually remembers that the file was opened but just can't display its name if it contains accented characters.

I've only tried with the 'à' and 'é' letters.

The problem was present in version 48.4 and is still there in the latest stable version I just installed 48.5 r10040 (with french-only interface at first and then with english and french translations, so as to check how the menu item was labelled in english).
My OS is Windows 7 x64 SP1, in french.

Regards,

JC
