Bug Description
If i am typing in my native language (Greek), keyboard shortcuts don't work.
I have to change my keyboard language to English and then use the shortcut.
Info
Os: windows 7 64bit
Inkscape version:0.91 (checked it and on 0.48 and the problem was the same)
Installer: msi 64bit
