Bug Description

Inkscape 0.91 ,the guides are not created correctly, they are red as if they were only a preview of the guides but they are manageable (version 0.48, were red while it moved as a preview and then blue when you actually created), I'm in ubuntu 14.04.In addition to the problem : [5737:5737:0202/201733:ERROR:nss_util.cc(821)] After loading Root Certs, loaded==false: NSS error code: -8018

Do you happen to use KDE as desktop?

I have difficulties understanding the core of your bug description, but it seems to be about not being able create guides by drag&drop from the rulers?

There is a known issue under KDE with oxygen-gtk as theme for GTK applications, tracked in

I use ubuntu but I installed kde with "sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop". still dragging the side only guidance that highlight red and not blue as the guide .

Not reproduced on Windows XP (32bits), Inkscape trunk rev. 13901.
