Point guide lines

Bug Description

It would be helpful if you can create points which are only used for snapping. Sort of a guide line but being a point only instead of a full line. If a lot of guide lines are created, it clutters up the screen, so it just looks better.

Maybe existing guides could get an option to hide the line and just display the anchor point? (more of a 'Guidelines' view mode, global or per guide) rather than an entirely new entity to create and manage with new tools/options)?

Sure, that would do as well. It would be handy if deleting the guide and only leaving the anchor point isn't too much work. Maybe this could be achieved with a hotkey or button.

Also, the graphic of the anchor could be a bit bigger (or even better, configurable) to make it easier to find them. But let me make a separate feature request for that because the same is true for the rotation center. Those are really tiny.
