Bug Description

At least on current stable Gentoo Linux and KDE (4.14.3), using Inkscape 0.91, Guidelines are unusable, breaking this major feature.

If a new guideline is drawn from one of the rulers, it is initially added to the document, but then, the whole Inkscape window is dragged and moved around on the desktop. Same for trying to move the guidelines around: it's always the whole window that moves, not only the line. 0.48.5 works (current stable on Gentoo) works as expected without a problem.

I already reported this issue to the Gentoo bugtracker (cf. https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=546476 ). There, I was advised to report this bug upstream. Would be nice if it was clarified if this is a Gentoo-specific problem or if it affects KDE in general.

Which theme/theme engine do you use under KDE?

This is actually a duplicate. Only happens with oxygen-gtk. Sorry for the spam, I didn't find that other bug. Anyway, should be fixed ;-)
