Bitmap export: appearance of filter effect varies depending on export resolution

Please add information about OS/platform and Inkscape version to the bug description, thank you.

To allow further investigation about the reported issue, please provide details about the Bitmap/PNG export options (page|drawing|selection, width/height or dpi for the exported image), and attach the PNG image exported on your system which exposes the reported issue.

I use Windows 7, 64-bit, Inkscape 0.91

Once I used page export, once drawing, the result is the same.

When exporting the page, the heigth was 150 px, large: 500 px

Of course I would have transmitted also the png-file, but it isn't possible to transmit 2 files. I could have made a zip-file, but I did'nt think about it.

On OS X 10.7.5, with Inkscape 0.48.5, 0.91 r13725 and 0.91+devel r14345:
- not reproduced when exporting page, drawing or selection with the default export resolution (90dpi)
- reproduced when exporting using a higher export resolution (e.g. 600dpi, as the example attached by the original reporter which has the drawing area (500 x 289) exported at 600 dpi producing a PNG image with the size of 3333 × 1928 px).
