Bug Description
When transforming (scaling) a path, snapping to rectangle corners seems not to work.
To reproduce:
- in new document, draw a rectangle
- turn on snap ("enable snapping") + "snap nodes, paths and handles" + "snap cusp nodes incl. rectangle corners"
- with bézier tool, draw a straight path from upper left corner to lower left corner (snapping works here)
- now activate "select" tool (F1) and scale the path vertically (by dragging the arrow). Snap to rectangle corner does not work.
After transforming the rectangle to path, snapping to cusp nodes does work.
Inkscape 0.91 on Windows 7.

I confirm that it doesn't work if you scale the path vertically with a border arrow, but it should snap if you use a corner arrow instead.
Could you please confirm?
