Bug Description

I'm using Inkscape 1:0.91.0+devel+14505+61~ubuntu15.10.1 on Ubuntu 15.10. If a document with a linked or embedded image is saved as an .sif file (Synfig Studio animation) then those images are not present at all i.e. not present in the opened .sif file or within the xml data of the file.

Confirmed on Windows XP, Inkscape trunk rev. 14506.
The exported SIF document doesn't include the embedded bitmaps.
And unfortunately, importing the original SVG file from Synfig 1.0 doesn't work either.
