Bug Description

When saving to PDF an appearingly random set of font and path objects do not get exported to PDF

Using Ubuntu 15.10 64bit, Inkscape 0.91 r13725

interestingly firefox/chromium seem to render the files exactly like Inkscape/PDFviewer

Reproduced on OS X 10.7.5 with Inkscape 0.48.5, 0.91 r13725 and 0.91+devel r14569; AFAICT independent of installed cairo version (tested with cairo 1.12.2 and latest 1.14.6).

Possibly related: error occurring when processing single-stop gradient definitions (osb swatches) with matrix transforms like this:

       gradientTransform="matrix(0,0,0,0,637.81073,-4043.8209)"

The attached variation of the original test case still uses custom swatches for all colors, but exports ok to PDF. The matrix() gradientTransform's had been manually deleted via built-in XML Editor, and unused swatches cleaned up (see preferences).
