Bug Description
The keyboard shortcuts for the "Hide" (Alt+H) "Lock" (Alt+O) and "Set" (Alt+S) buttons in the Object Properties dialog are intercepted by the application menu. Actually, to take this even farther, the keyboard shortcuts for moving keyboard focus to the "Title" text box (Alt+T) and the "Label" text box (Alt+L) are also intercepted by the application menu as well.
These unfortunate bugs make it cumbersome and error-prone to interact with the Object Properties dialog.

Confirmed on Windows 7, Inkscape 0.91 and trunk rev. 14732 (32-bit).
Note that the dialog is only affected when docked (the shortcuts work as expected when the dialog is floating).
